Yeh muhlay’ yeh garoonday’ yeh makan
Hum say pehlay bhi yehan
Bus rahay thay such bharay aangaan’ sunehri bustian

Janay walay ghar ki chahat say tahi pehloo na thay
Itnay bayqaboo na thay
Rookta kon? Jhuki mahraab kay bazoo na thay

Is atal honi ki zanjeeron mein jakray qaaflaay
Saath lay jatay isay
Baat sirf itni ka iss dewaar kay paoon na thay

Ab who rohein gonjtay jhakar mein gulti siskian
Un kay maskan yeh makan
Munhadam adwaaar kay mulbay pay jalti arthian

Rakh hoti hudeon kay garm garay mein gundhi
Girtay ashkoon mein dhallle
Ab yehien eentaain hamari azmat-e-aftaadgi

Par gaey eentooon kay muratay zaweon kay bus mein hum
Bhool gaey sub apnay gham is daam-e-khishat-o-khass mein hum
Bhir gaey aapas mein hum

Yeh muhlay’ yeh mandairein’ yeh mahal’ yeh mandlian
Kon dekhay ab yehan
Khinch gaein kitni dewaarein diloon kay darmeyaan

Bhar leiy hum nay in ewaanooh mein jitney thay shigaaf
Kon dekhay assmaan ki chaaat mein hein kitnay shigaaf

Yes, no doubt AMJAD MAJEED[1914-1972] was a great poet. Many of you may be knowing that the poem [B]"KANGAN" [/B][for which Mr. Wasi Shah becamous famous all around the country] is nothing but a 3rd-grade copy of the original poem "Bunda" written beautifully by AMJAD MAJEED. Shame on Wasi Shah!!! I'm pasting the link for the original poem. You yourself can see how cheaply WASI SHAH copied the original poem and labelled it as "KANGAN." Pakistan seems to be no.1 in piracy, even its roots have now extended to the LITERATURE too!
