Firstly Thank u for appreciation. As far as i know "tour nick" are two different words. No meaning is derived by its appended form. Tour means "to travel from place to place" or "a traveling around from place to place " where as Nick means "a small notch, groove, chip, or the like, cut into or existing in something". By the way , I have net friend named as Tour Nick but i never asked its meaning. Please confirm it from Other members
