A word of advice for members... When you have something to suggest, post it here in the feedback section and the management will make sure it is taken seriously and if they feel it is applicable, they surely will. Just don't push it. It shouldn't be a debate.

Either you failed to grasp the meaning or you dont want to understand at all. "Just dont push it" means have your say and wait. If we feel it applicable, we will take it seriously. If not, we will tell you plainly.

You have been told several times that its not applicable. Its over now.

On a more serious note, not a medal but some other status can be given to really well experienced candidates under the label of "veteran expert" or "subject specialist" or something like that.
Your suggestion is logical and practicable. Management can change the title e.g. Senior Member as Islamic History Specialist etc, too much medals will also decrease the worth of other medals. I think existing medals are enough and member of the month award should be revived. Such initiative can also help the members to find out veterans and specialists easily and their replies will be authentic like qualifiers. A case in reference sanam a member of this forum scored 188 in Islamic History which is a tremendous achievement.

Some members of this forum got around 700 but flunked in a subject, what we call them? Failed in CSS Exam. On the other hand if a person get 600 and pass all the subjects, then we call, he/she passed the exam. It is a bitter truth, people with 600 can enter into CSA but those having 700 can't enter the door. This is called success and failure and this phenomenon is incorporated here in the form of medals keeping in view the reality. Those who failed, even not allocated are not facilitated or adjusted by govt. elsewhere.

Thanks for clearing that. What about the revival of member of the month award. I think it exists and will be a good step for appreciating active members, if activated again.
