If so, then the degree needs to be verified by HEC or not?

Not NAB...NTS will...and yes it needs to be verified by HEC

Hec required for those who are shortlisted for interview , not for psychometric , for psychometric I believe only attested documents will be called.

What type of psychology of candidate normally NAB prefer? if we can guess it, it will helpus to prepare for the test.
