It will be a general interview. There is no specific pattern interview team will follow. Almost everyone selected as JIO in 2015 were asked about, How you will eliminate corruption... etc etc.
However, do prepare yourself thoroughly whatever you have been doing after graduation.
I think Arsenal FC has posted the general questions last year candidates reported after interview. It is really helpful post in this regard.

Can someone post those questions again , or make a comprehensive list of questions , especially with answers and source of those answers as it is sometimes hard to find the correct answers like questions :
Q1. Most of the northern areas of pakistan are covered with the wsetern ranges of :
A)Himalayas B) karakoram C)Hindu Kush D)Sulaiman Mountains
I think anwers might be A) , but to note the point that Karakorum is sometimes consider as part of greater Himalayas. ,

Q2. most of the southern areas of pakistan are desert and
A)dry B)wet C)Humid D)Hot
can't guess correctly.

Can somebody scan the pages of GK , Pakistan Studies , etc. questons or books from caravan and share it on this forum or fb group. I am soon going to upload my psychology book :by dogar brothers , as it also had few interview tips. soon (may be a couple weeks).

NAB HQ is in ISLAMABAD Atatürk avenue, G5/2

Rawalpindi regional office is located near G6 Aabpara... And doesn't deal with recruitment.

Lets start answering some common interview questions.

First one:

Why should we prefer you for this job than others?

Any one who knows how the will fill the vacancies for Merit and Regional posts, as Shortlisted candidates for Merit(4) post were 50 and then after psychometric 27 of them are recommended, similarly 94 called for psychometric from KP(10) posts and 18 of them recommended, now the question is that 27 of the Open merit will contest on 4+10 seats or only 4???? as they have 80 plus score in test and they deserve to be contested on 14 posts. please clarify

No its the other way I have heard , Every candidates is considered for one post with [2-5 ] other candidates , that way the 27 will be considered for 4 posts as
7 per seat may be , they might take two interviews .

We already have discussed this thing few days ago. There are two point of views in this regard:

1. Mine: The merit guys basically will contest with each other to fill 4 vacancies as per allotted quota. Similar to rest of the allotted quotas.

2. Arsenal FC: He thinks same as you have suggested except according to him rest of the merit guys are going to compete for Punjab general quota. Now, you seems to belong from KP and in your opinion rest of merit guys should/deserve to compete for KP seats while the Arsenal FC is from Punjab and he thinks that rest of merit candidates will contest against Punjab quota too.

We (Me and Arsenal FC) discussed this point few days ago. Now, I have some additional information in this regard that suggest that the final merit list will be based on Screening Test + Interview and certain factors (I am not sharing information about those factors as they might be wrong and many candidates might distract from interview preparation and indulge in useless debate.) can lift a candidate from bottom of quota wise screening test marks to contest against with topper of merit list and vice versa.

However, it is hundred percent sure that Interview is going to matter a lot.
