No, not only Doctors can attest documents. Any civil servant of 17th grade can attest the documents including doctors.

Guys I don't have final Degree, only DMC and Provisional Certificate all I possess. So What I need to do???.. HEC will attest these instead of Original Degree.. Pls Help me..

You have to produce the Degree at the stage of interview, and that too verified by HEC.
Apply for it already.

Also guide us regarding issue those who appeared for both posts and cleared both written tests also psychological test but name in only included in one list... what to do about that
