Just pay attention to the lists provided by the NAB and read carefully. You must notice something big especially in the lists of Sind.

Read and re-read.

may b u r right. I got 77 for AD punjab bot not shortlisted.people dont fail in css psychological but i dnt know wats the case with NAB.

People do fail in CSS psychological and viva. And majority get very low marks.

The question was what are the basis for shortlisting, not that i failed in psychological and if that is the case may be they should menion this on website that KPK list is devised specially in accordance with psychological tests and other provinces are in accordance with marks because KPK is "special"

There are less number of chances to get fail in CSS psychological because there is wide choice of 12 groups against which personality is judged..... so one can fall anywhere....... but here in NAB personality is judged against only one group so less number of chances to be suitable.....
