I am not saying im not being able to get a call despite scoring 71 marks having a MS finance degree from a very well known institute but I wana make a point here that this is the end of injustice we should stand against it now.

1-Nab violates its own terms and conditions as they advertised that candidates with higher degree will be given preference I don't want to name but my junior who is just BBA is preferred OH GOD they should also state that MS is a lower degree than BBA HUhh
2-They have failed candidates with higher marks and selected in lower merit d o they are psycho genius or what do they term it?
3-There was stated on the psycho test THERE is NO pass AND FAIL,than how could they fail a candidate,Why have they conducted the same test twice?do it its not favoritism?
Where is the experience wait_age?
where is the academic wait-age where there was written experience will be preferred?

and the shallowness of irony is that they have published the interview list after the interview huh amazing.

Well you all can bear such injustice but I will try my utmost to stop it NOW,well see you NAB in court........

I agree with you some thing wrong has happened. Because the psych test taken was just like an Internet based test and one can not ascertain a person's psychology based on that test alone. The people selected do not want to listen to this as they are the lucky ones.

I once said in my post, If I am selected in NAB I will go to court or any other forum to establish a fundamental transparent recruitment policy in every department. Luckily, they didn`t select me But I think they will have to wait until I have money If you have, then you can try for this. Wish you all the best.

You are right not all of us can go to court but even if some one goes to court it will not stop the process NAB has extensive experience of dealing with the courts.

But what they have effectively done is put doubts in our minds that there is something wrong with us mentally. Which worries me.

I also wonder now other organizations will start taking Psychological tests because what NAB has shown is that many people are unfit for employment(Or an effective channel to weed out the people).

I have been through CSS Psych test it is very extensive the not only the written part but most important part is the interview with the psychologists(3 senior psychologists ask you very detailed questions about yourself).

Lolz...
Some friend of mine in this thread already said this that I am mental, when I said that I will go for a fair recruitment policy even if I am selected
My friends also call me when I favor Pakistan extensively that still merit is here. So now NAB has also declared me psycho Kuch to sahi ho ga na
I don`t say that NAB has done some corruption in this process, but I will say that something was not right i.e. qualification, background, experience.

Yes exactly, from beginning of this thread I was saying that these tests were just like an entrance exam test so they don`t represent the true picture of candidates abilities. And some of my friends were opposing me. AD, DD is test se select honay lagay hain? Even state bank, MCB, ISI, tests were much tougher than this.

I know there will be lot of diisidents of me here that would find it too pinching to engulf i am not against any one i am for the principles for fairness and equality.

I have been with UNICEF for couple of years at a lead position I intended to join NAB just to be a provocative of uprooting the menace of corruption which is always been a hot debate while I converse with my foreign counterparts.
Well I will strive for myself above all for the principles, you made your choice.

I will solve this enigma
