Dear All brothers and sisters.
I know what it feel to fail a test or to not qualify to a post. I have been to this. But this is totally wrong that if you failed you start criticizing the procedure of the organization. These things like sifarish etc do happen in Pakistan. But as far as im Know there is no sifarish in the final list Because i even don't have a sifarish in my city cantonment board and nor i tried or intended to use any for this post but i m in the list. Thier is no role of sifarish in my selection. And other thing that memebers who or not selected they are saying that they or mental or psycho, This is not the case Dear. There are personality traits which are required to perform well on a certain job and what NAB did i guess they selected the candidates whos personality traits matched with the required personality traits of this job. or if you are unable to understand the psychology test ask some psychologist that what is the role of a psychology test for a job selection. It is a modern technique of selecting the best candidates for job and is used all over the world. Please see don’t think that I am saying this because I am intelligent from all of you. Thanks |

And to All those who are intended to go to court against NAB.
You cannot do anything but you will delay this process more which already had taken a year now. And will put US who are selected for interview in to tension. And we again have to wait to get this thing selected and it will be minimum 6 months if not more than that as you know the system of Pakistan. And in the end I don’t think that you can win against the NAB. Which is experienced in dealing with things like that like the dealt with a recent petition of their own employees. And they must have a lot more experienced and well known lawyers from what that of yours. You will just end up wasting you money, time and over time as well. And even if you win what you think that they will select you? They will simply screen you out in interview. This is a request don’t go to court. Rest is up to you. Thanks & regards. |

I found your point in AD Punjab list specially.This preference is specially given in CSS exam.I am seeing this pattern for so many years in many administrative posts in Pakistan particularly in law enforcing agencies. |

brothers what do u ppl think about interview. will there be further shortlisting in interview according to performance of candidate in interview? is it possible that a person on merit number 25 can get selected for the job if the seats are 18.? i am facing the same case i am at 25 while the seats are 18..
