Default Hello guys

I also have contacted one of my source in NAB and he said that no any letter for AD has so far been issued and moreover before dispatching any letter the list of the candidates invited for interview will be uploaded on both the connect sites; NAB&NTS.

•They uploaded the list of candidates for test even they issued the letters.
•They uploaded the provisional result.
•They uploaded the final result.
•They uploaded the list of candidates for psychological test even they issued the letters.
•They uploaded the list of candidates with incomplete documents.

Now how it is possible that they just rely on letters, they will also have upload the lost to avoid any claim for not receiving the call letter on his/her adress.

Guys don't get panic over such baslesa rumours and those if they are spreading such rumours and play with others' emotions are really doing a shamful job and it shows their mentality teemed with immaturity.

The points about new accountability bill on which there are doubts are...

1. Appointment of the Chairman.
2. Corruption done under the good faith will not be punished.
3. It will be at the discretion of Chairman or appellate tribunal to determine good faith.
4. Cases older than 10 years will not be opened, if someone has done corruption 10 years earlier he or she will not be convicted even there is evidence.
5. If someone convicted for corruption and return the embezzled amount in plea bargain there will be no punishment and no fine other than the amount embezzled.
6. Punishment of 7 years will be given if convicted is unable to make good of the loss to national exchequer and if certain percentage is returned than the punishment will be reduced to 3 years.

Hope it will be helpful for you people....
if anyone have some other points kindly share them....

Default Dear Friends

Don't worry Friends today i have talked a person in NAB. He told me that within 10 to 15 days we ll issue the call letters to those candidates who have qualified the Psychological test. And when i asked him that whether the lists of successful candidates will be uploaded on websites such as NAB and NTS. He told me that we ll also upload the result on such websites.

Ten to fifteen days!. We have been waiting for these ten to fifteen days for the last 2 months. Even if they dispatch letters within 10 to 15 days(which I seriously doubt), it would mean that interviews will be conducted after Eid and God only knows how long will they take for final selection.

Dear brothers and sisters. You guys are obssessed with the hype around interview calls, I am worried about NAB future. New accountablity act will replace the NAO-1999 and our hiring is done under NAO-1999. We do not know the recruitment clause of the new bill, and if NAO-1999 is repealed, many things may be undone, and I can only pray Allah will take care of our job prospects in NAB.

Dear you are right, I am also having concerns. However, few members on this forum are very confident that new bill will not impact this hiring. I hope and I pray they are right.

The new bill is not against the NAB, it is about the laws through which accountability will be done. NAB institution will remain there so no need to worry about current hiring process.

The bill is about how and on what basis accountability will be done, it will affect the procedures and working of the NAB but not on its structure.

If new criminal and civil laws are passed by the assembly it does not affect the structure of Police or Judicial institutes or its hiring..... the affect takes place on their working.

And i am saying this thing after confirming from NAB and reading about the bill....

You have already posted this thing and have been answered many times by me and other members. I don`t know what thing doesn`t make you clear or you yourself don`t want to understand . I will advise you to get a copy of that bill and read yourself. Don`t create a hype here. Have anything useful to share then you are most welcomed.

Even if there are structural changes it will not affect current hiring process nor the NAB institute. The maximum thing will happen is that the name of NAB will be changed from National Accountability Bureau to National Accountability Commission, as in the past its name was Ehtaasab Bureau.

I want to quote here another example of Police Ordinance 2002, when it was promulgated, it does not affect the recruitment of new police force nor police department was disbanded only the designations and working method of the police department were affected. Neither old officers were terimnated nor new staff was stopped from hiring.
