Quite interesting interview. He said NAB is hiring 300 new investigators. It means this hiring process will be completed.
Also by his body language and confidence, I can infer that new accountability bill is not a major issue now. As the government is already facing lots of pressure on this NAC thing.
Now I hope the stay, if any, will be lifted soon and I also hope that the merit will prevail.

Chairman said when he took the charge, NAB was performing under capacity of human resource of 28% only, and the reason corruption not abolished from our society is that we have up till now used only enforcement measures to prevent corruption. And for preventive and awareness measures to curb corruption Chairman said they have hired 300 employees....

Chairman used the word "hired" and not "will be hired" as said previously the lists are finalized and only appointment letters to be issued.

Sorry I just want to make a correcton for other candidates on this forum. He said, he is going to hire 300+ investigators.

The same thing i have said earlier that neither any stay order nor the new NAC bill will become hurdle in this hiring process....

People should not get impatient as this is government hiring and it takes time...... and from my point of view comparing it with other government departmental hiring this is much fast.....

this interview was an old one i think when he was acting chairman....any updates its more then a month passed after the interviews ??

what made you say "this interview was an old one i think when he was acting chairman"?

kindly go through this news. it was published in today's newspapers. and the interview of chairman was mostly focussed on this news.

brother i came to pak yesterday after a month and a month before this admiral bukhari was likely to be removed because in his last interview he pointed some powerful authorities for accountability, so i thought he might be eliminated..any ways did any 1 recieved appointment letters i went through one post by a member quoting that he has confirmed his selection or he is selected ???
