What was standard/behavior of interview penal? Was it like that of FPSC or SPSC? SPSC interview penal usually talk to candidates as if they would devour the liver of candidate. While FPSC relaxes candidate alot. I have not any experience of any interview. Please comment!

Not for DD Sindh. May be two panels conduct interviews for ADs nd Jios to meet the workload. In previous posts some mentioned panel 1 written in interview letter some letters may have

No intense environment. Since no quiz questions so no sorry just simple questions for discussion.

Can somebody describe/calculate the importance of 70% written nd 30% interview. How much interview marks are needed by a candidate lowest on the written marks to surpass the candidate with highest marks considering the fact that topper may have got average marks in interview too.

Could not decipher the attitude on written marks basis since I was 7th on merit list. Same time was allotted to previous six.

The main interviewer asked apne baare mein bataen I introduced all in urdu. Then he continued in urdu. Next man again asked in urdu. Third man asked in english and in the last the main interviwer asked in english and finally said thank u.
