Here is an other evidence that 1:5 is not being followed, term 'D'.

Appointment of officers and staff in the National Accountability Bureau
a.The NAB may appoint such officers and staff as it may consider necessary for efficient performance of its functions and exercise of its powers under this Ordinance.

b.The officers and members of staff shall be appointed by the Chairman NAB or by a person authorized by the Chairman NAB.

c.The officers and members of staff shall be entitled to such salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of services as the Chairman NAB may, with the approval of the Chief Executive, determine.

d.Subject to sub-section (e), the provisions of the Civil Servants Act, 1973(LXXI of 1973) shall not apply to the persons appointed in NAB.

e.Nothing contained in sub-section (d) shall apply to a person who is a civil servant within the meaning of the law relating to appointments as civil servant of the Federation or a Province and is deputed to or posted in NAB.

So civil servant Act 1973 doesn't bound NAB that's why Circular of establishment division, in earlier post referred by Hussain, may not have any thing to do with short listing for interview. Its quite possible few candidates may be called more than available seats, considering various contingent event.

HEC takes only one day for attestation of degrees...and they return the same day... so we can do this attestation within few days from boards and HEC. Just have faith in Allah SWT, pray to Him and go ASAP for the attestation.

If some body is not able to get documents attested by HEC then unversity and board verification is not sufficient?

No need of verifying DMCs and transcripts.
Only certificates/degrees and there two copies must be atteated from relevant boards(IBCC) and HEC.
(Verification from university or any other institute is not gonna work).
