I believe it is a positive comment and they appreciated your academic career. So that would surely help you get some solid marks in an interview.

[QUOTE=Hussain_qureshi
If we segregate the 30% marks carrying by the interview panel. it would be as follows:
1. relevant Qualification / Experience : 9 Marks
2. Knowledge / Skill relevance : 12 Marks
3. Personality / Interpersonal communication Skills: 9 marks

The 9 marks of relevant Qualification / Experience would be awarded on certain formula. What i perceive from the short span interview the panel is only deciding the 9 marks of Personality / Interpersonal communication skills during this 5 mins discussion.

Dear Hussain qureshi, there is little doubt that you contribution is great and you always keep more updated than any other member. But could you please shed light how did you conclude that there is 30% weightage to an interview and more importantly answer in particular to Psychological category you talked about because other people said psychological test has just fail/pass and no other consideration. Thanks bro in advance

I myself found the penal predetermind.
I am also law graduate, they realy gave short and tough time. They even didnt bother to ask me my work experience. They just stuck to my law graduation. I have worked with a security company as a project officer, I thought they would be asking me my work related questions but penal was bent upon asking PAKISTAN PENAL CODE.! It was realy a bad experience.

Ghosbuster brother,

Why you say that it was a bad experience? Didn't you answer to their questions or answered but gave incorrrect ones...?
And what do you mean by you found panal predetermined? And what was your serial number in the list for interview?

And I ask you again that when and where was your interview took place?

In my case they asked me from Qanoon e Shahadat Order 1984 and Cr.P.C. mainly.

May Allah SWT bless you, me and all of us with success in this life and hereafter. Aameen

Candidates having economics background must be prepared for some good academic questions. The senior most panel member is an economics expert.

I was first asked for introducing myself and then followed by 3 questions from economics.
Consumer behaviour, keynes theory and difference between micro and macroeconomics. Being a lecturer of economics these questions were like a fun for me and after satisfying his questions he asked the other members whether they want to ask any question. They said no and the senior member said thank you.
This was all done in 3-4 mins.

Even more difficult economics questions were asked from candidate following me who is currently serving as JIO in NAB.

No academic questions from candidates with finance background.

I concur that assessment, the guys seemed like just going through the motion, cant really say what they are up to, for instance, I just started answering a question posed by a panel member and before I could express myself the head member thanked me and it was abrupt finish to my interview.

The approach of panel is little bit different on second day as compare to first day interviews i.e. 18.06.15. On second day, keeping the time span constant, the panel focused on theoretical / academic questions whereas the concentration of panel on first day was curtailed up to the introduction only.

What you guys comment.

Regards
