Assalam O Alakum all

thanks for providing such valueable information
my question is that

if anybody is already in govt university and have applied for other one through proper channel and he is selected for another job due to some reason he is not willing to continue his current job. can he go back to pervious(university) job (can he continue his previous job)

Youb are working at one place and during that time got selected at another place, you can join the new job with taking lien from the previous one. It means that you may come to the previous one during a stipulated time.

this means going on lien he/she must have to return on previous job?
what if someone dont want to join the pervous job just want to keep it for safe side
my other question is that if one organizaiton relieve one persone on lien will this mention that person is relieved on lien

No if u dnt want then its not a must, its just keeping a safe side.
2ndly ofcourse there will be a proper order of lien.

Default From Contract to Regular appointment
If someone was working on contract basis and applied through proper channel for a regular post in lower scale than the earlier. What benefits he can avail at his regular post owing to the reason that he applied through proper channel.

Please help with relevant law section/clauses.

Default No Special Benefit
Contract Employees will enjoy no benefit by applying through proper channel except that they would not have to deposit one month salary nor have to provide one month advane notice. He may join his new position without any restriction. They are not entitled to any other benefit of salary, seniority, service, etc

For internees also there is no benefit except that they may have some preference by the recruitment committee if they are willing to do so

Default benifits of applying through proper channel
hi all
thanks for providing such useful information abt applying through proper channel
actually i worked in one government sector aprox 1 year and got 1 increament after that i applied through proper channel and i joind other govt organization but they are not giving me increment which i got after year in my 1st organization
does anybody help me what should i do is there any rule available which i can refer in my application for that perpose
