What are your views about CAA's recruitment process? Is it according to merit or full of references (sifarish)?

I think there is no such criteria that those are selected who are asked these questions they already mentioned the salary in advertisement and also about the job placement. and about the recruitment process we cant say anything in Pakistan mostly things run through references but we must not loose hope all will be better.

I think in September the results are possible, although results will not going to be announced in a fashion that the results are published on web. Selected candidates will receive their offer letters.

Not yet, 01-08-2011 was the last day of interview in all over Pakistan so I think they would take 2 months to finalize the candidates and then dispatched offer letters to the selected candidates.
