in my opinion, it can't be NADRA, as the hierarchy in NADRA goes as as follows,

Asst Manager, Manager, General manager, DGM, DG ..

where is in this one it's a different hierarchy

Asst Directors and Exectuve officer and Dy Dir positions and and so on.....

It's just a guess guys...any best of luck to all

Well i don't think its EOBI either...they don't need such big infrastructure for their operations, and that too nation wide (there are nearly 150 AD post's), i think it's different, might be some support Organization to a bigger setup...

o bhai jan go to the website of NCBMS CONSULTING. there are only two public sector organizations which have outsourcing agreement with NCBMS CONSULTING. it's either NADRA or EOBI
