It is not a matter of acceptance or rejection. Every one want to know the authenticity of your information. I believe that no one on this forum can give exact information but as you give us the hope to wait till 15 January. we also have the right to asked about authenticity of your source.

It is expected to be issu.

jb tk SC stay khatm ni ker daiti, order ni hoon gein,wesy tmam process complete hai,order tk ready hain.stay jb khatm ho ga,tb issue hoon gein. I confirm it from my source today,

someone told me , that EOBI present the final list of candidates before supremecourt !!
so now it,s on court discretion !!!

I have called to the EOBI office. They told me that letter will be issued after SC issue. NCBMS told me that letter will be issue at end of January....it is confirmed that hearing of one case is as on 23.01.2013 and hearing of remaining 2 cases is also in the 4th week of January.

Only one case is affecting the recruitment and its hearing is on 23 jan. a meeting was held in december which concluded that appointment letters should be issued upto 15th of jan.on ist jan i called ncbms and was informed that appointment letters will be dispatched upto 10th of jan. today i came to know that chairman eobi suggested that recruitment should be cancelled at all.chairman said that we cant recruit until the dsposal of the said case.today i again called ncbms and was replied perhaps in the start of next month or in the end of this month but he was not sure and upon my queries he said we cant say other than this. In an interview 2 or 3 days before chairman clearly stated that no recruitment will be done at all.my friend informed me about these news.his father is working in EOBI head office.

NO doubt,the said case is a great hurdle in the recruitment process.In December the concerned ministry had consulted aitzaz about the disposal of this case.Aitzaz was of the view that the case would not be resolved soon.but aitzaz gave some provisions under which appointment letters could be issued without resolving the case;and ministry allowed the department to issue the letters upto 15th of jan.At that time chairman was out of country(it is not known whether his consultation was involved or not).Oar jo ap 2 , 3 din pehle chairman k interview ki bat kr rhe hain, wo statement director HR pervez ki hay.Geo news me ye btaya geya hay k director HR ne kaha hay k chairman sb ki trf se koi order unko nhi mila regarding recruitment.Director HR has not said that chairman suggested to cancel the recruitment.on a question he gave reference of statement of the chairman which was published in THE NEWS on 28 april 2012 jis me ye publish huwa tha,
"However, EOBI Chairman Zafar Gondal, who is younger brother of Nazar Gondal, a PPP minister, when approached on telephone, vehemently denied recruitment was being done in the department.“Which 400 people,” Zafar Gondal asked; when told that 429 posts would be filled in for which advertisements were given in newspapers and now a date fixed for conducting tests of the candidates. When informed that this correspondent had a copy of the letter, containing names of focal persons, who would be conducting tests on April 29 -HR Consultant M/S National Consultant for Business and Management Solution, he replied, “That was. It’s no more, gentleman.”



Contrary to it, however, EOBI insiders said that the top management was all set to again flout the judiciary’s categorical orders and induct around 500 persons on political basis."))))



@nasirbilal: If you personally have heard or read the interview of the chairman, you are requested to tell us exactly please.According to my source of information, chairman has some other issue regarding recruitment(which i don't like to share here) and has suggested to Director HR to delay the appointments(and not suggested to cancel the appointments) q k supreme court ko bypass kr k chairman ka msla hal nhi hota.
