No dear when i visited the office, it was about 2000 hours and the office was closed.

Ncbms is not like eobi
what is its currect status

I again visited the NCBMS office in working hours and talked with the official. He told me that the the vacancy position is pure in govt sector. So far as the change of test center is concern, i think they have managed the test at improper form. so go there and say them that you have received the sms at the center where you want to appear.

i have applied for 3 posts in NCBMS, as i have two degree's, and i have received 4 sms from 4 different numbers for the test on same date 27th may and the same venue.
i tired to call these 4 numbers and all the numbers on the ncbms website but all not responding.
their is no doubt that in pakistan, whatever you do, you will be mentally tortured for every test you appear and at every place you apply.
a good example is this ncbms test, nobody knows whats the test pattern and what to do,test of ncbms will remain a mystery till 27th may 2012.

One the 27th there are political rallies against the reopening of Nato supply lines. For those in the twin cities of Rwp and Isb there are realistic chances of traffice mess.

Well go for the test on 27th and all other things leave to Almighty Allah. They apologized to give information about the test pattern.
