1.regarding calling for psychological test NAB ki meeting hoi thi kal n they have planned (not 100% final) that they would call around 10+ persons per seats for psychological....or 50+ score in written...

2.next step they will further drop almost 60% candidates...n almost 4 to 5 persona per seat will called for interview....based on written+ psychological assessment weight age...

3. yes preference will be their for position holders and CSS qualified candidates around 5- 10 marks or certain percentage.

4. process will done within few weeks.

lastly, he assured key sab kuch merit per ho ga....which is the farmost encouraging thing for us...

Default Psychological Test & Salary Scale

Me and two of my siblings got following scores:

DD: 70 Sindh-R
AD: 52 Sindh-R
JIO: 59 Sindh-R

I would be glad if somebody who has the reliable information can answer (and possibly cite the source of information) to following questions:

1. What is the starting salary for DD, AD and JIO?

1. Is the salary for all selected positions awarded same, or each candidate according to his/her expertise may be awarded different salary?(variable by awarding extra increments).

2. In case of Deputy Directory, is it mandatory to have 5 years post qualification (i.e MS) experience?

3. What if someone who has pre-MS two and half years of BPS-17 scale work-experience and also post-MS two and half years of BPS-17 experience, which makes it 5 years of experience in total. So, is a candidate like that eligible to qualify for deputy directory experience requirements?

4. What books for Psychological test do you suggest to look into ?

5. What if more than one member from the family (sisters & brothers) qualify for the final seat, would all be considered eligible to hold positions simultaneously in NAB or not? (I assume, in that case departments could be different but all guys would be allowed).

I look forward to hear from you guys. Wishing everybody all the very best!

Default DD Test -23rd June - Yellow Book - Analytical Section - Q71 through Q75

Is it only me or somebody else out there, who also felt that the answers to questions from Analytical questions Q71 through Q75 in the YELLOW BOOKLET, for DD Test conducted on Saturday 23rd June, 2012 seemed to be incorrect, as probably you didn't expect at least your answered to have resulted in false as you spent considerable time solving those, and all your answers seemed to be logical, and didn't lead you into having second thoughts about choosing any other option except what you came up with.

NTS Answers:
http://www.nts.org.pk/NTSWeb/NAB_23J...Dir_YELLOW.htm

Q71 D
Q72 A
Q73 A
Q74 A
Q75 A

I don't have answer key with me right now, but if I can recall correctly the answers to questions from at least 72 to 75 should have been all 'B'.

I would be glad if somebody who attempted the test (esp the ones with the yellow book) can share their thoughts on this.

Thanks.

Starting Salary will be equivalent to Basic Pay Scales of the posts. DD BS-18 will have basic pay as per 20,000, AD BS-17 will draw basic pay 17000 and so on. Allowances are additional to basic pay and Pay Scales of government services throughout Pakistan are uniform.

Yes experience is counted only after the required experience.
In case of DD mandatory 5 yrs post qualification experience equivalent to BS-17 or more is required. No plea is usually entertained by authorities. In FPSC recruitment of A.D (FIA), one of the candidates had experience parallel to the period of his Masters Degree. Even he was rejected on this ground.

It does not matter if more than one candidate of the same family are selected.
