Insha Allah I'll succeed pray for my final selection & can any body tell me what type of Psycho test will be ? members said its like ISSB type...
I have cleared ISSB after my intermediate went for PAF & I know very well what is the type of ISSB tests are & it'll really ISSB type then hopefully I'll do it well because I cleared all test in ISSB in my first attempt Alhumdulillah.....

Psycho test conducted by ISSB is really very difficult and & also you have to do it very quickly. There are different types of questions there jese.

1. Pictorial Writing
is mei aap ko projector pe 30 sec tak 1 picture dikhai jati hai or then instructed k aap k zehan mein jo kuch story banay is pic ko dekh ker us ko 3:30 sec mein likhain.

2. Word Builder/Association
Is mein aap ko 1 word 10 sec tak projector pe dikhaya jata hai number wise or 10 sec mein jo sub se pehle sentence mind mein aai wo us ki number wali row mein hi likhna hota hai after 10.

3. Alphabetical personality Description
Is mein aap ko kaha jata hai k 26 worlds likhain alphabetically jo bhi aap k mind mein aaien.

4. Sentence Completion
Is mein aap ko kuch incomplete sentences diye jate hain jinhain aap ko positively complete kerna hota hai.

This is the Intelligence Test & jo ye pass kerta hai then He/She stay at ISSB for the next 3 days otherwise failures ko TA/DA de ker wapis bhej diya jata hai usi din. After that from the next day they start Tasks, Group Discussion and in the last Self Description.

Thak ker choor ho jata hai banday wahan but wo 5 din aap ki life k yaadgartareen din hote hain. Good thing is k Intelligence test wo just once lete hain banday ka agr aap ne 1 bar Intelligence Test pass ker liae then they'll never take is again to you kyun k Intelligent in by birth hota hai, They said
