i am sorry, is the result out for the written test? and guessing from the above posts the interview also commenced? can some one elaborate? where was this list everybody is talking about?

Today, FPSC has asked to 20 applicants for submission of documents. On Mar 06, FPSC shortlished 56 persons and asked them for submission of documents. Only 8 posts of Dy Asstt Dir are to be filled. As per policy FPSC calls 3 candidates for interview against one qouta seat and 5 against merit seat.

Why FPSC is asking more candidates to submit documents?

Anybody can explain the situation (especially seniors)?

There are chances that required number of candidate could not fulfill the FPSC's requirements like experience or qualification. There are chances that few of the candidates failed to submit their documents timely so the lower in the list were asked for documents.
