I have my test schedule on 9 mar at Usman Institue .. Does any one have found any usefull source/website for test preparation. Pls Share. Or if any one interested in combine test preparation, as sharing thoughts/experience is always helpful for any sort of test.

I don't know on what basis they shortlisted candidates???

I Have first div in entire career, and 3.17 cgpa 78% marks in final degree..

but still not shortlisted

ALL the best guys and girls for the Junior Executive Admin test.
The test wont be that difficult Insha Allah as it was for Administration Officer Last Year..
I am fully prepared this time

I would be a great help if anyone who has taken this test earlier can give me some info about paper pattern.
I have an idea that most of the questions will be about HR, Management and Record keeping.

yes! u r absolutely right that test will be from management HR and marketing etcc....

it will basically consist of 100 MCQs..
As its an administration post, so all the questions will be from the Management Studies or Bussiness Administration...
there will be different questions from marketing, management, HR, finance and accounting
and most important thing there will be negative marking also:/
