no there is no such quota system policy.

and remember one thing..

whenever the term "merit" is mentioned

it means your obtained marks in the relevant written test...
the term merit starts right after the written test..
merit is not used for short-listing the candidates for the written tests..

Will there be section of Economics, Islamic Studies, General Knowledge and current Affairs? Someone told me about these sections as well.
