if someone twice rejected from ISSB before graduation is eligible for 3rd chance... but if someone rejected once before graduation and once after graduation , he is not eligible for 3rd chance , because his attempt after graduation has been availed already..

Any one please tell me that "Some One , Not availed any chance after FSc , Availed only one Chance After Graduation (Rejected Once ISSB after Graduation) Can have Second Chance After That" ???

Do not write in eLiTe LeTtErS, or in very large or hard to read fonts or colors.
Avoid use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

And why are they giving Pilot Officer ranks to Engineers which is eq to 2nd Lieutenant. First they used to give Flying Officer ranks which was eq to Lieutenant and now a further downgrade? Whereas, the army gives Captain/Flight Lieutenant rank to Engineers with SSC
