I have registered but now um unable to login, i noted down the PIN# and had completed the process but now I cant login. what should i do now?

seniors please help regarding registration in Sullply branch only 1 day left i cannot be registred due to problems in site may be,i tried bunlde of time but erroe came go to the your profile after or you have already register here after 1st page.
