Dear all,
can anyone confirm if Civil servants Act 1973 was a part of syllabus.
i have cross checked with the Sullabus of AD ANF but didnt see it there.
Then why were there questions in the paper from Civil servants Act ..around 5 - 6 questions

Dear Juggler Jest,
your questions below
If a civil servant dies and his pension is delayed... (Something more I don't remember)
If a civil servant is dismissed/removed from service, what compensatory pension would be given to him: 1/3, 2/3, 1/5, none
..
Both of them and the Pleasure of the President question are from Civil Servants Act 1973 not a part of syllabus

Only Appointment, Promotion and Transfer section of the Civil Servants Act 1973 was included in the syllabus; however, the pension related questions were out of syllabus.

I ticked immigration. To "immigrate" means to come to a country of which one is not a native, usually for permanent residence. To "emigrate" means to leave one country or region to settle in another. There was a question related Provident Fund; the answer to which I couldn't find in the acts.
