I have also got letter. Ye physical test, dips aur running kion? Inko ye training candidates ko qualify hone ke baad khud deni chahiye. Ager ready made commondos chahiye thay to advertisment mai likh dete.

bhai woh tou samajh ati hai ke physical fitness check karne ke liye hoga ke banda training bhi karsakta hai ya nahi, lekin mujhe eyesight ka issue samajh nahi aya because jis ki eyesight perfect bhi hogi woh kisi ke stomach main rakhe capsules, luggage main, car main ya truck main rakhey drugs ko tou dekh kar nahi pakar lega na :P jab eyesight glasses ke sath fit ho tou kia zarurat hai kisi candidate ko reject karne ki :P

I have Contacted ANF HQ with a high level reference to change the test venue but it is not possible now. All candidates are required to appear at designated Test Venues. I Will be leaving for LHR from RWP. Best of luck.

any one can please share their experience of physical and medical test in ANF ?
waiting for nice guidelines.

Physical:
1.6 km Running in 8 minutes.
15 push ups
15 sit ups
15 crunches.

Medical: chest and height measurement.
