INSHALLAH I am leaving for Lahore Tomorrow and I will mention all details about the test. but as far as I know Test will be same as initial physical test for Pak Army PMA long Courses Inductions i.e. 1 Mile in 7/8 minutes, 15 push ups, 15 sit ups, and few Chin ups(3-5).

Written test would be held after qualifying physical test and it would be held in april.

First height and chest was measured then the cleared participants had to cover 1.6 Km in 8 Minutes which was very tough and is the main part of physical test if your clear this then you have passed after this 15 Pushups,15 situps and 15 crunches which should be easy.
