so 1 round full and next a bit more than half,

two rounds of sher khan shaheed stadium, sit ups,pushups,crunches etc and written test to be held in april

Default Physical Test
AOA. My physical test was conducted at LHR today. It was very easy. Nothing to worry about it. ANF staff is very friendly and Cooperative. Most importantly You just have to clear running test , because there is no relaxation in it. once you'll clear it rest of the tests are very easy and there is also some relaxation afterwards.
Following tests will be conducted:
>1.6KM (1 Mile) in 8 minutes
>15 Push ups
>15 Sit Ups
>15 Pull Ups (Utthak Betthak)
> Knee Knocking and Elbow Checking
>Height (Min 5' 7")
>chest (32-34)

any leniency in height? and could you please explain, do we have to complete push ups without any gape? what if some one can not complete 15 push ups?

You can take pause during push ups but don't lay down or touch the ground. Total time is 1 min. And you can do it as fast as you can. and All candidates at Lahore cleared push ups , sit ups and pull ups because there was relaxation in these tests , but at least you should try to do 10+.

bro, thanks for the prompt reply what if someone's height is short by one inch. I mean if a person's height is 5' "6", will it be considered?
