any tips for running ?is it possible to do 1.6 km in 7 min for a man that is never involved in physical activities? is it possible to make good stemna in this short time?

hyderabad se kitny log ja rahy hen??

Just Run as much as u can. Build your stamina with healthy intake of water throughout the day. lowering the extra weight of your body will also be helpful. And it is possible to cover 1.6Km just in 5 min with normal jogging speed. for normal person after 3 mints body get exhausted and abdominal and leg muscles loose their power. but if you have stamina you can run as long as you want...

anyone please confirm what will be exact timing for 1 mile run in ANF physical test.some says in 8 minutes others say in 7. please share information who go directly from ANF authorities.

Can anybody tell me the authentic details about physical test. will there be push ups, chin ups? Because I can run but cant take push ups and chin ups because i have never done before.

I have physical test on 2nd march, those who have given physical test must share their experiences about all activities involved in test and time etc as well.....
