Default Few questions about FIA
I want to join FIA or Punjab Police, i have done B.A so i will do PCS or PMS ? can you please guide me

If you want to join FIA then you have to prepare for General Recruitment Tests of FPSC. It is announced when the ministry of interior send requisition for vacant posts in FIA to FPSC. You can join police only as ASI in higher grades according to existing Police Order and for that purpose PPSC announces separate exam.

so if i want to join FIA i don't have to do PMS? i will directly give their papers held by FPSC , what kind of papers they are? when they are held? and what are the post which we get if we pass those exams? , also we can't join Police Department as an ASI through direct recruitment ? Please guide me , Pressed thanks

FPSC announces the posts of Assistant Director and Inspector in FIA whenever ministry send them requisition. For eligibility and requirements check the links: AD FIA and Inspector FIA.

Stay in touch with CSSForum and FPSC website. AD FIA test held in the start of this year and written result is announced whereas I don't have any information about the posts of Inspector. There will be single paper of 100 marks with 100 MCQs for AD and Inspector. Questions will be of general knowledge, FIA act, asthmatics, current affairs, English etc

You can join police department through direct recruitment, test will be conducted by concerned Public Service Commission and I think in your case PPSC will conduct the exam for the posts of ASI in Police.

Thanks a lot bro for the information,

i saw in the advertisment for FIA inspector that:"Two years experience in non-Government or private Organizations in the fields: insurance General, Scientific etc" , i am working from more then 4 years in IT department as a developer/Search Engine optimist , this experience will be counted?

Their experience rules are complicated and beyond my perception so I can't interpret them. It will be better to wait for the reply of an expert or contact FPSC.
