1st of all these line exactly for GD cadre but they made them for OM as well..tension ki bat nahi hai one of my friend of a friend left job last year because he completed his law degree and want to practice as a lawyer.. they didint charege him single dime.. yeh sab documents tak ki had tak hai nothing else if i hadn't see by myself i would'nt have told you the whole scenario. One of my friend got have interview on 12May for MOD. and he is working in IB as a OM 05 since 2014 March.. to bhaio jis jis ko apna future banana hai k wo clerical job ma nhi rehna chahtay to is ka yh matlab nahi k IB ap ko rokay ge ap for the time being apply karo bilkol mat choro jaisay hi koi doosri job milay yh chor do

Proz what i can tell you for IB
Secured Job, No tension for Casual leave or annual leave (this part i love it.). Pay increase every year like Mehngai increase. You can continue your education easily. you can get time off for exam preparation.your salary will start from 24k plus and you it will increase every year. and one more thing Hiring ki kahani b hoti hai Big cities like Lahore karachi islamabad peshawar quetta main 2500rs or add kar lo 24k salry k sth... and 1st promotion will be with in 3 years as a head Constable, 2nd wud b as a ASI in next 4 to 5 year.. then next will be the same 5 years as a SI.. and them after that you will get promotion in 8 to 10 year as a Inspector..and your raise will be more than 60... if you are lukcy and intelligent you can skip this constable to ASI as inductions come every couple of years so you try hard to for ASI...these are the Pros of IB..

Cons for IB job..
1st of all no Pappu Bachian in Govt Sections:S that's a big flaw
2nd you won't like their calling sab sab
3rd their are not several i would say many people who will pull your legs( that thing is private org as well)
If you wont try your self you will get Rust in your skills but this isnt Cons of IB its your...
