I think recently for grade 18 jobs, they commenced "subjective" tests not mcqs. However, FPSC has always been ambiguous in such things. I took AD IB test twice and it was mcqs based but I think this time might be they commence the test "subjective". Because, they have devised new polices.

no dear, there would be screening test for these post this time too because there would be thousands of candidates for these post; and if they conduct subjective test without screening test, it would take years to fill these posts.

I remember that last time 149 candidates were shortlisted for the subjective test on the basis of performance of screening test and FPSC took whole two months to announce the result of 149 candidates.

So subjective test without screening test is out of question

screening test would consist of following portions:
1) English (antonymns, synonyms, sentence correction, or sentence completion)
2) Mathematics (basic mathematics concepts)
3) Pak affairs
4) Current affairs
5) everyday science
6) islamiyat

most probably test will held on 7 June or 14 June

Default AD IB vs CSS

Can anybody please compare these jobs to various groups of CSS? In terms of authority, pay, perks and privileges?
