my question; i have recently joint education department,four moths ago,as Primary School Teacher is it necessary for me to get N.O.C from the department?? suggest me process plz.

can someone please tell me if we need to dispatch the generated application after online submission, to Islamabad fpsc office duly signed and dated as space is left blank at the bottom of the application or is it not necessary to do so.
