Arrange an experience driver, let him be active and ready to accommodate you in both of these papers in due course of time. In FIA test, you need to complete your paper as soon as possible so that you can catch your second test, depending upon traffic and road distance. I believe you can do it so go for both of your tests. Best of luck.

I happened to have appeared thrice for AD post and cleared all tests up till interview. First time I appeared in 2002. I even have received their specific forms for surveillance. I work for a TV channel now. I have worked abroad and with various multinational organizations of repute in dynamic profiles. I landed almost at every job I competed for. Apparently, I had great interviews all three times. But I could not understand why and how I was NOT selected by MOD.

I do not want to bad-mouth them cos' I loved them! I even got a Masters in Political Science since it was one of their preferred disciplines. I ve been in their offices and have had friends. But somehow despite all brilliance and intelligence, they did NOT select me.

I heard that in the long run that the selection process is vague. I would request all of you to stay in touch with each other so that you must know who made it to the end all the way - cos' I couldn't find anyone who appeared with me and cleared all steps and got hired except for one guy.

Psychology might be the issue. Most of the people have usually some minor personality disorder like agitational depression or obsessive compulsive disorder. Thats the main reason why intellectuals don't fit in ISSB.

Aisa essay likho ke likthay hoa hee hire ho jao. That's my philosophy for MoD test.

its an intelligence based job, presenting a social science degree would not let one to get through. i agree with you that despite brilliance, one cant know his reason of failure, but the same system of recruitment is prevalent in induction of commissioned officers via ISSB. they dont want you to be excellent in academic sphere, rather they see for qualities in you necessary for that job. exactly, the same professionals are present for recruitment of AD mod. they look for instinct, unknown to us, abilities and on basis of them, they recomend candidates irrespective of their academic or familial background.
High military influence in recruitment process could not be underestimated. cos impure things always happen in the land of pure people
