Due to ongoing fierce useless debate in this thread, I have tried to answer your queries here.

It depends on your own nature. for some people, it is hectic and risky job and for others the life is multi dimensional and adventurous. I don't know the working environment but I believe that it is good and females are encouraged to join. Moreover, you can either adopt the surroundings or change them into your favour.

Tough it is useless to speak on such non-sense controversies,but i want to put some words with a totally constructive perspective.

For the Qualifiers

Winston Churchill quotes,“You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks.”I started listening such rubbish even after the MCQs paper standing outside the exam hall from some "highly confident and self-proclaimed intelligent and capable guys.

For unsuccessful ones

Ron Carpenter Jr. put it quite rightly,“A teachable spirit and a humbleness to admit your ignorance or your mistake will save you a lot of pain. However, if you're a person who knows it all, then you've got a lot of heavy-hearted experiences coming your way.”
No one is going to award you a medal or hail you with a triumphant victory,for only the reason you can write well in social media or speak louder in masses,try to dig out your deficiencies and then overcome in future.If you ll keep believing yourself ALLAMA,you ll be repeating this discussion time and again.

one thing I want to say that a candidate who had appeared for css exam and had solved the MCQs of past css papers of Journalism, IR, Political Science, Geography, Public Administration, Pakistan Affairs and Curent Affairs could easily pass the MCQs paper of AD MOD.
Other two papers required writing practice in addition to the knowledge of current international affairs.
