NTS is conducting test for induction as AD MoD but one gets the impression that they are doing 'khanapuri"

NTS has Not provided the candidates with any syllabus and any kind of test pattern. They have informed that there will be Negative Marking, so all of you who are good in making guesses need to avoid making correct guesses, because there are many candidates who due to some reasons cannot prepare well for the test, yet qualify tests on the basis of their ability to guess right.

0800 am is the reporting time for the test by NTS, and for sure many candidates will get a little late (late by a few minutes) and thus some will either Not allowed to sit in the examination hall and if even allowed they'll Not be able to attempt the whole question paper.

As you all know that during the test time a number of times the NTS invigilators interrupt the candidates either for signatures on the attendance list or for checking the NICs .

They are trying to minimize the number of aspirants for AD MoD.

Whatever the case maybe regarding NTS' transparency, focus on what YOU can control. If you only focus on the negatives and let downs, you'll get nowhere in life. Instead of worrying about unknown/uncontrollable variables, do your best. Life is tough and pristine opportunities require hard work irrespective of YOUR life conditions.

As far as your question regarding syllabus is concerned, browse this forum for the past papers and questions. You'll get the idea. Even though this site is inactive, it is still a goldmine of information for candidates. And by the way. Why are you posting this on the eve of the AD MOD (general) test? Is this the case of 'You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink meaning' or is it "The fox and the grapes' kind of story?

This is absurd. You are making this excuse because you could not prepare well. NTS never announce sllybus of MOD of any post. yet many people get hired in MOD.

I was expecting such comments from people like you who belief that they can prove themselves by targeting any single individual while leaving behind the actual issue which needs to be discussed by those who have the ability to think before speaking.

But as you have suggested, I am convinced that I should Not focus on you and your comments

There is nothing absurd in mentioning that NTS did not inform the candidates about the syllabus and test pattern.

There is nothing absurd in mentioning that "negative marking" i.e. the only regulation mentioned by NTS for this test, will discourage many candidates who are good in making correct guesses while answering MCQs.

And why would I make excuses here at this forum in front of people like you, do you consider yourself a member of MoD selection committee?

For AD (Computer) there were 90 Minutes for 100 MCQs

But today there were Only 120 minutes for 200 MCQs ( Not even ONE Minute for each Question) share injustice

I agree with you. I too had a feeling today that the whole exercise is just formality. 200 questions in 120 minutes which also included 20 analytical reasoning ones. Just attempting these 20 analytical questions required 30 minutes even though you were super fast.
On the other side, questions from Geology, Geography, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science were also included. You need to be a super human to qualify this.

Yes, I think NTS is not being fair with this recruitment. They rejected me despite being an Engineer with 16 years education. They even made a silly mistake in my father name. I think they did it very hap hazard and then to cover their mistakes, started a query form drama, I did not send them a query form with corrections to the reason of rejection in roll number list. I called them but they said now nothing can be done.

In 2017 after taking the 200 Marks test for AD MoD when the result was announced it was shocking to know that they failed a candidate who secured
120 + marks and passed a candidate whose score was in 8os or 90s only.
I remember their DMCs were shown on Dunya News.

When and how matters will be fair & justified relating to NTS???

The candidate difference you are referring to was because of domicile. I know this because I scored 139/200 that year but wasn't called for the next stage because of my Punjab domicile. My batch match from uni (also from Punjab) scored 142 and he was called for the next round (though he didnt qualify for the last stage). The qualifying criteria was 140 for Punjab and lower for other domicile.

Now I am not saying that all the testing services, govt or private, are the pristine manifestation of the Virgin Mary. Yes 'DO NUMBERI' goes on even in FPSC. You can easily find court cases and news article links on the web for nearly all testing service. But you need to stop pushing this "illuminati-esque" grand conspiracy of mass corruption and do numberi. After all, like you told me on the first part of this thread, you know better than most people and I am just a nobody on the interwebs
