Well,,, this thread seems to have gone a little off track, the purpose of trying to initiate a discussion about the delay in Recruitment procedure of Ministry of Defence (MoD) was to figure out the reason for which they intentionally prolong the process i.e. take a lot more time in announcing the results than what should actually be required for doing so, and this is evident from the fact that Fpsc takes three months for Css results even when they have twelve papers per person to check while MoD takes a year for announcing the result comprised of only two subjects, so, its obvious that MoD delays the result on purpose, now, what could be the reason for that, if we take security issues in consideration, it doesn't make much sense because security clearance could only come into play after when candidates have qualified, Now, anyone who has appeared in exams should have a little curiosity about the delay, after all making someone wait for four times more than what is required, does mean something and that not only for the written portion but the results of psychological test and then Interviews also take more time then they should and not bothering about notifying the failed candidates about their result is something testing bodies normally don't do. Thus, my friends, I invite people interested in making a career with MoD to shed light about this unusual delay and reason behind it, I realise that it is not wise to expect anyone to have authentic information cz its not something general public is made aware of, however I would like fellow aspirants to give educated guess or a logical hypothesis.
