Well you are senior member and I respect your opinion but I have point to differ.
First of all as I explained complete restructuring so your objection is resolved.
Second this bill is part of ASF bill 2012 which authorised asf to change the name like assistant security officer to dy.ad and security officer to AD. Bill has been approved by both houses and just needs prsidents signature and notification. So we can not reject its posibilty of notification without any reason. It could be time consuming but ultimately it has to be done.

Btw would you kindly give me example of any other department having post of dy.ad? Inspector is prometed to again 16 scale after almost 10 years. Isn't it irrgulerity??

Well there is purposal that post of dy.ad will be finished and all dy.ads will be given status of AD and hence 17 scale; ADs will be promoted as Dy.Direcotors and another post of Adational directors will be created for dy.D.
D.G will be major general.
This is complete restructing bill which has been passed from sanates standing committee of defence and is in establishment division in these days for notification. Now let see when notification is circulated.

Yes you are right. Altough hiring facility is available for all members of force but its difficult for lower staff to avail.
No pick and drop for male dy.ads.
im not sure about personel car I guess cso is authorised for this but im not sure about it.

Your estimates may be right since you are looking this matter uninteruptedly...BUT... Dy. AD cadre exists in many Govt. departments e.g. NADRA has hundreds of Dy. AD's (BS-16) working in their registration centres located in every city.

This is because FPSC shortlists candidates for interview purely on quota basis...
the mechanism for shortlisting is:-

- 5 candidates for every seat on merit basis (this is irrespective of domicile on basis of scores in written)
- 3 candidates for every seat on quota basis.

FPSC picks the high scorers from each category.
anyhow, now you are going to be one of the interviewees for this batch...

Most of the govt departments give general age relaxation of 5 years, in case of DAD maximum age is 28 years plus 5 years general relaxation. Now if my age is 30 years and another candidate's age is 26 years and both have qualified for interview, then who will be given preference.

but fata has only one seat. and there is no dearth of talented guys/girls from fata. i think a number of candidates from fata would cross 80. lets hope for the best
