Actually documents completion takes time.
Also if FPSC rejects anyone then he gives a chance to appeal against rejection. They may call someone for personel hearing as well- one of my friend may also be called for personal hearing in this case as he received rejection letter and is appeling against it. So it causes delay in result declartion.

One more thing.
I used the term 'compiled' which meant; all the papers had been checked and merit list has been composed so one can check one's merit number and hence possibility of being called for interview provided that he/she has source in FPSC HQ.

Noooooo..!!!
Normally selection is based on interview.
As there are 200 marks for interview and only 100 marks for test.
Moreover candidates called for interview hve difference of only 10-15 marks.
So 200 marks of interview are very important for selection.

That's very difficult task.lolxx.
Actualy it depend on airport.
At some airports there is only operational duty for females e.g in faisalabd.
While on other airports there is roster system. In case of 5 men roster you can avail rest of 36 hrs after every fitst and second night duty.
While incase of 4 men roster; rest of 36 hours is only after second night.
First night means duty from 8pm to 2am while second night means duty from 2am to 8am.
So on averge after a duty of 6 hrs there will be more than 24 hrs rest.

Six hour duty doesn't seem tough.. Then why do people complain about tough duty hours in ASF...Ammar, can you tell if you really are working under strict vigilance and get penalized for even petty matters as quoted by some members.. What is the level of autonomy for DAD?

Actually rotation of duty on daily bases causes problems e.g your first duty is morning then it will be afternoon; after that first night and then second night.

Yeah Asf police and FIU are present on duty hours plus vigilence of cctv alerts you but the point is that if you follow the rules no one will disturb you.

i have heard from no body mouth that a.s.f is a good job to serve

even my uncle working in p.i.a karachi told me to shed your dream of joining asf. i am mphil and grade 16 (wo bhe without authority) would not suit me to a T

. i think i should focus on pms as i have already left grade-17 job

because of my craze with uniform job that too went wrong

Well, Miss ......(ab nisha tu keh nae sktal.lolxxx).
Asf is not that bad department. This image is due to some olds who are siting on vital poistions but now with the induction of new blood, things are changing rapidly. Keeping in view the progress of asf in recent years im sure department has very bright and attractive future.

You will not find a complete pakage anywhere; every department has pros as well as cons. So its up to you ; how you precive things. Can you think of any department having only negative points??
I dont think any such department exists.

There is no comparsion between css/pms and asf. So I will just wish "Best of luck".

But do not say that there is no one to support asf. Im here.lolxx.
