I also received the same message and I am done with updating the information.
Did anyone observe the bio-data form given on the psychometric test day?
I am surprised to see they have asked about the name, gender, occupation and address but there is no column for the relationship with that person.

Anyways, it was great having a fun talk with you. By the way, how did you manage the "agreeing" questions. I went for option 4, "Agree". for almost 35+ questions. Just shown them how "agreeable" i am
well to surprise all of you i would say that they do not notice they way you agree or strongly agree. There are points from 1-5, 1 for strongly disagree and 5 for strongly agree. They will add your points and on the basis of total score they will evaluate your personality, a higher score shows a stronger personality good luck anyways.

Although, relationship name had not been given but I managed it as I wrote all the relationships and for father I added F in brackets and so on,,

Dear I respect your emotions but I don't need to spread negative info. If you have knowledge come forward and tell us how they are gonna evaluate your personality from that questionnaire?
I have a book named "the complete book of intelligent tests" by Philip Carter. You can download this book from the internet. In that book the personality evaluation by such questionnaire is done by summing up the score one achieves in all individual questions. This is the "head and foot" of my theory. If you have the information otherwise please share it with us.

Well in theory they are that straight forward but practically they cant go for such simple keys. Because any one can crack them and the purpose of test taking is lost. So when ever these tests are used in practice answer key, in its simplest form could be:

+1 for A +2 for B (and so on) for answer say question say 1,2,3,4,5 or 2,4,6,8
then
-1 for A -2 for B

A, B and 1,2,3 etc are examples here.

If you remember for many questions agree and strongly agree were quite suitable options but then there were some questions like on principles, integrity and honesty that were given other way round. Like statement was in negation; for an upright person the only probable options were that of disagreeing. I do not know what the actual answer key was but it wasn't that simple for this test.

I dont know about that particular kind of test for MOD but let me tell you psychological tests are always meant for clarity of mind, thoughts and direction of ambitions for an individual. one must have a proper mindset about a certain situation and should act accordingly. psychological tests are designed in such a way as to deviate you from your all strong stance regarding a particular case. There if you have a question that would you remain in that job for the rest of your life. the answer would be definitely dead yes from a large bunch of candidates but after 10 or 20 questions later when there appears a question that it is a very discouraging and talent killer if an employee is engaged by one organization for the whole period of his precious life career..Here your answer must be Dead yes again to be honest...but here you deviated from your earlier statement if you say Yes to it...Psychologists take such a case seriously as a person is clear about his incoming episodes of life or not..This type of responses earn you marks and balances your personality in the eyes of those non understandable people (Pschologists Artemis you rightly pointed out there is no calculation of marks like adding 1 to 2 etc in psychological only the best theoretical personality balanced in various aspects has the honor to take a bath and high heels for that decider day...
