Well what I have learned is you do not need to be a psychologist to do well in psychological exams. Trying to crack these tests is like challenging centuries of research in the very field. Psychologists have never claimed that these tests are always valid , rather they at best are highly suggestive. But one thing they have always claimed quite rightly is these tests can detect the superficial responses.

As per your theory strongly agreeing or disagreeing seem viable options. But for the test that measure extreme tendencies/abnormal behaviors this rule of thumb could be disastrous. So you never know what they are looking for.

The only advice is to be yourself. Even if you create a better personality profile here it would be of no help during interview. It would be like you are being evaluated against someone else traits. It would do no good but harm there.

Personally I think that this very debate is useless and irrelevant here. No one of us is devising or can devise tests.

As test takers we should keep in mind that it is better to be rejected for being who you are, rather than being rejected for someone you are trying to be! And chances of rejection increase exponentially in the latter case.

i had a friend of mine rejected from issb psychological tests, later he prepared in an academy, for second attempt, and now he is serving there.. can the personality be changed in six months or these tests are outdated now,,,

ISSB is three dimensional selection process i.e. Psychological test, Group tasks and interview with Deputy President. Performance in group tasks or interview can be made better by preparation while chances for improvement in psychological tests are minor.
So your friend may not given good performance in Group tasks or interview in his 1st attempt.

I forgot to mention the roll number on bio data form. called to nts but one representative is saying post the bio data form again and other representative is saying duplication may create problem....what to should do??

Well-done , but don't take tension now.
Usually NTS contact the candidates having missing documents but better way is to call at NTS call centre and ask them to transfer your call to any senior official. If they don't guide you properly then post them Bio-data form again.

3 months passed but yet the result not announced....What is the real reason?

Dear interviews for junior scientists have been conducted in May and June 2014 for 8th March 2014 test vacancies. One of my friends received interview letter for junior scientist biochemistry. PAEC did not informed other candidates about test result

How many candidates were selected per post?

anyone know any disable candidate who has cleared written paper of AD MOD and appeared in psycometric test. do their disability is hurdle in their success or advantage of their selection agains quota.
