I also received the same message and I am done with updating the information.
Did anyone observe the bio-data form given on the psychometric test day? I am surprised to see they have asked about the name, gender, occupation and address but there is no column for the relationship with that person. |

well to surprise all of you i would say that they do not notice they way you agree or strongly agree. There are points from 1-5, 1 for strongly disagree and 5 for strongly agree. They will add your points and on the basis of total score they will evaluate your personality, a higher score shows a stronger personality good luck anyways.

I have a book named "the complete book of intelligent tests" by Philip Carter. You can download this book from the internet. In that book the personality evaluation by such questionnaire is done by summing up the score one achieves in all individual questions. This is the "head and foot" of my theory. If you have the information otherwise please share it with us. |

+1 for A +2 for B (and so on) for answer say question say 1,2,3,4,5 or 2,4,6,8 then -1 for A -2 for B A, B and 1,2,3 etc are examples here. If you remember for many questions agree and strongly agree were quite suitable options but then there were some questions like on principles, integrity and honesty that were given other way round. Like statement was in negation; for an upright person the only probable options were that of disagreeing. I do not know what the actual answer key was but it wasn't that simple for this test.
