hy
my dob is 8th april 1987.i hv 3 year govt job experience.currently in 17 grade.m i eligible for pms ?

No, currently you are not eligible.
4 years continuous job experience is required for age-relaxation in PMS.

But cut off age is 1st january 2016.and on 1st jan i was 28.

I am not eligible this year but I will be eligible from next year onwards.The curious case of benjamin button.
