Congratulation to all the successful candidates of PMS. Dears it is enough for jubilations. It was one step clearing PMS Written exam. Now the huge task is coming ahead. And we have to take the bull by horns.

So dears The news is in the air that Psychological Phase is going to be started from the 22nd of this December. Lets gird up our loins and start preparation for this phase which would be followed by final Viva. Dears as the number of passed candidates is in good one , the competition would be very tough. And may be it would be the interview which would determine the final allocation.

Dears when the goings get tough, only the tough ones get going.

Tassawer bro i am losing hope, frankly speaking...
i was just having a look at the DMS of failed ones, almost 90% of candidates have opted Punjabi, and almost 85% of them have marks in the range of 140...
even those who are miserably failed have very good scores in Punjabi, so those who have passed will definitely have this subject in majority...
my optional subjects are quite tough and low scoring, i know i have done extremely well alhamdulillah but i am just feeling dejection though i have fingers crossed, allah almighty has blessed me that success and he is the one who is going to pass me in next phase...
my subjects are following:
Business Admin: The paper was worst of all but i got good job done (i hope so)
Pols science
Philosophy
now tell me that what are the marks for Viva and Psychological Assessment...

Dear don't be dejected at at all. Have faith in Allah . It is HE who has the power to bestow us beyond our capacity. I myself have pinned all hope in interview. You have one thing to cheer about that Public Add has not given less then 140 to a single potential aspirant.

Social Work
Mass Comm.
As well as the marks for psychological and viva re concerned , they are 200.
I wish they were 300 . But still we have to fight. Brother my passing the PMS has made me learned a big lesson in life which will i keep with me ever. And that is Never Give Up. Do not surrender.
So we have to fight for it.

Oh sorry dear i was mistaken.
But still My dear You may have very good marks in compulsory subjects which can bring you at par with those who have Arabic , Punjabi or Public administration. Now we need to focus maximum on our interview and that too with positivity and optimism . We have to give our maximum and then results rest with the Almighty Allah.

Tassawer bro how are you going to prepare for Psychological assessment and Viva Voce? Do you have any idea about the pattern, contents of Psychological test, should we take the CSS psychological Assessment as sample?

Dear I have the experience of CSS psychological and interview. But I am fully unaware with the psychological phase of PMS. And I have heard there is small difference between the two. I have yet to talk with a friend who has been PMS officer and now a PSP training in Walton as he cleared CSS 2011. After talking to him I would be in a better position to tell you.

Brother I myself am not going to join any academy as at the time of css interview preparation academies proved to be only and only the wastage of the time. And even they kept on confusing and portraying the interview as some monster.Tomorrow after discussing with a senior I will share with you the info.
