We can just estimate it, uncertainty prevails in CEs as luck overrules, however my rough analysis says;
(680-700 in written + 130-150 viva)
People in above bracket will be in safe boat to shine.

Dear (680-700 in written + 130-150 viva) are definitely in safe zone, rather these would be among Top 20 i guess, Kamran meant to ask that what is the floor to secure allocation, having a look at the DMCs of failed candidates, i thing following is the floor to get allocation (irrespective of Post)...

650+150=800 = PMS
630+130=760 = ETO and ADLFA

as far as score for allocation is concerned no one can say anything till the interviews have finished because we do not have any idea that how much marks are they giving to candidates in last pms many people failed to secure 100 marks and we dont know that how many have failed this time secondly as pointed out by a fellow that luck is the most important factor in competitive exams in css some times people with 620/630 marks get 220+ in interview and get top groups and people with 700 get below avaerage marks in interview and fail to qualify so in my opinion it is quite premature to discuss these things
@Progressive Pakistan
brother they called candidates belonging to lahore and adjacent cities for psychological first and same is the case with interviews now in feb people belonging to multan and pindi will be called so result is expected sometime in march

Dear Bilal
I disagree because you are underestimating ppsc's scoring patterns. You must revisit your analysis because people with public ad and punjabi will stand top of the list owing to their towering scores. What I told you is safe estimate, the words itself convey that I told benchmark. I don't think those getting less than 650 will stand anywhere except for exceptional cases.
