Khalid Manzoor PMS/ Ex-PCS (B.S - 18) from 1996 Batch serving as Deputy Director Anti- Corruption Establishment Distcitrict Chiniot has proceeded to promotion course (alongwith his batch) mandatory for B.S - 19 which will also be conducted by MPDD. It proves that promotion prospects in higher grades are better and rapid than first promotion (Grade 17 to Grade 18 which is slow).

i want to ask about retired pcs officers
1. Mr fayazuddin tehseen pcs officer,

2. qazi habib ur rehman anjum pcs, and

3. shaukat iqbal malik pcs officer.

in what grade did they retire? in which important posts did they serve in their career i-e Ac, ADC, or DC, secretary etc??
