I have some confusions, could you please help me out??

1. friends, do you have any idea how long would it take before we receive letters regarding medical?

2. hamari service kab se count hogi, jab se hamne joining di hai ya phir jab ham training k bad seat par jaen ge, tab se?

3. during the training hamen koi stipend wagera ya phir basic pay kuch mile ga?

1.. I talked to Section Officer on Monday, he said letters will be dispatched soon and you people will be notified just like the appointment letter. He didn't tell any specific date.

2.. In private sector the service starts when you submit your acceptance. I have no idea about the GOP. i think it must be the same as the private sector.

3.. Full salary will be paid even during the training session, i hope so

aoa i think the procedure is a bit different here. acceptance by the candidate doesnt amount to joining. still the candidates have to undergo medical examination as per the prescribed manner. salary will start the day we are asked formally to join after the completion of medical.

Maybe... So.. Do you have any idea if GOP is going to issue us the final appointment letter ? Because i think the service starts from the date mentioned on the appointment letter, and it was 18th June 2013. If not this, then they have to issue us another letter.

Anybody having information regarding this, please share.

yesterday i called MR. Iqbal Kharal he said that the leeter for the medical will be issued till friday

service starts from the day you are notified as an officer and it will be notified on the day we will be called for training.

aoa i think finance dep. will issue us a joining letter clearly mentioning the cut off date for joining.we ll be intimated about this after the completion of medical.

No cut-off date for joining will be mentioned. Joining will start on 1st day of training. The letter u will receive now will be for medical test & police verification only. They will also get acceptance from you and also take necessary documents like testimonials, degree verifications challans, photographs, character certificates etc.

He is an absolute liar & a confused person. He will tell you many dates and then will retract from it. So don't take so much pain. You are selected one's atleast & they are bound to send you letters. So CHILL Up.

1: Finance section is too slow to proceed. There are only 5 to 6 persons in that wing including Kharal Sb. They have many other works to do & so they dont respond quickly. You people have to wait atleast 3 months before start of your training.

2: Its not like private sector. Your acceptance will be provisional and subject to your medical fitness & security clearance from Special Branch Police. When you qualify these stages then you have to wait for 1 another letter.

3: This another letter will be of your training date. Your 1st day of training will be your 1st day as DDAO service. This will be your joining date.

4: No full salary will be paid during training session. It will be almost 24,000 Rs. Other allowances like medical, house, rent etc will be added in your salary after training.

But PMDD can Manage PMS Candidates and DDAO simultaneously. PMDD lahore Have the Capacity to Manage More than 250 Candidates.

Eight (8) months training of PMS (108 candidates) is going to start at MPDD on 26 August, 2013. MPDD has not too much capacity for boarding / accommodation. There are 50-55 Rooms in hostel.

Previously, this training was to start on 3rd June, 2013 but it is postponed as no training funds were issued to MPDD by interim Punjab Govt of Najam Sethi. Meanwhile, departmental promotion training (37 candidates) of Police Department started in this academy. MPDD then refused to start PMS training due to boarding facilities of 108+37=145 candidates of both trainings.

Therefore, 26 August is given by MPDD for PMS training. DDAO training is expected at AATI, Lahore.
