It is clearly mentioned that the Character Certificate must be attested by the head of Department or Institute from where you completed your last degree.

Zahra Sister Just read your appointment letter, on right corner top first line is your Letter NO. Just read Carefully you will search easily

please tell me affidavit RS 50 k stamped papaer py bunawana hy then appointment letter k sath jo affiidavit laga hoa hy wo kya hy?

Zahra Sister Yah specimen hai app as specimen ko sath la kar jana same text write karva lina on 50 rupees stamp paper or sath hee oath comissioner say stamp lava kar attest karva lina.

Jis ghia per advocates Chambers hota hain waha per Stamp Paper Write karna wala log batha hota hain wo yah specimen dakh kar app ko affidavit bana din ga.

Nahi app as specimen ko fill karo oor app k willingness Letter is ready. stamp paper not required for willingness.
